Preparations for COVID-19

Dear property users, we follow the directives of THL in the anticipation of the Corona virus epidemic.

DIRECTIVES OF TYÖTERVEYSLAITOS

When you become a tenant:

1. Pay the deposit to the account specified in the lease. The lease will indicate the date by which the deposit must be paid.
2. You can agree with the person responsible for the leasing when the keys will be handed over to you. The keys will only be handed over once the lessor has received the deposit.
